Pasadena Museum of History becomes a shining Blue Star!

Pasadena Museum of History is proud to join the more than 1,300 museums across the nation offering free admission this summer to active duty military personnel and their families as part of the 2011 Blue Star Museums program. The offer runs through Labor Day (September 5) as a means of showing our appreciation for those who are serving this nation.

The Blue Star Museums program is a partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, and the participating museums with leadership support has provided by MetLife Foundation.

Other Southern California members of the Blue Star program include the Autry National Center, the Grammy Museum at LA Live, the Japanese American National Museum, LACMA, Palm Springs Art Museum, Pasadena Museum of California Art, Rancho Santa Ana Botanical Garden, Riverside Art Museum, and Skirball Cultural Center as well as cultural organizations in Orange County and San Diego.
